Selecting A Contractor

In the State of California, companies or persons doing work on your home must be licensed and in good standing  with the California Contractor's State License Board. The Contractor's License Board website at www.cslb.ca.gov  allows you to review a contractor's status and history. Click here to see our Contractor’s License #833248. It's also a good idea to ask for references from past and current clients.

Make sure the contractor is fully insured with both workers compensation covering personal injuries on the job site and liability coverage for property damage. An uninsured contractor can put you at risk if they or an employee is injured in your home.

You should be provided with a written estimate of cost and scope of the project prior to starting work.
