I highly recommend R&M Construction, Inc. to anyone doing repairs and/or remodeling their home. It is very rare a company keeps their word for so long. R&M said that if there were any problems with removing and reinstalling our dishwasher that they would come back at no extra charge to us. This was approximately eleven years ago and the kept their word and not only came out several three times. Once to remove our original dishwasher; another time to remove the new dishwasher that we changed our mind on; another time to assist in installing the new dishwasher and final to touch op the flooring around the dishwasher. The same people at the same company is very rare as well. All very professional and helpful!!!

Randy you did what you said your would do all the way through the rebuild, especially the way you worked with State Farm Insurance. You personally saved our Associations ten’s of thousands of dollars and we thank you for that. State Farm Insurance said we picked the right company for the job and as you know they did a lot of research. You handled the homeowners with compassion and professionalism, and that was a task in itself. Also thank you for attending our monthly meeting to keep us up to date.

 

Lonnie you dealt with 8 homeowners on a daily basis along with all of your subs and did a great job. Randy said you were very competent to do the rebuild.  Well, he was exactly right. You went through a lot of problems with the homeowners and handled it in a very professional manner. Your weekly updates always kept us up to date on construction happenings.

 

Jackie and Kathy thank you very much for always getting the Board an answer on requests that we had. You e-mailing me copies on all transactions kept the Board informed on all phases of the project.

I highly recommend R&M Construction, Inc. to anyone who needs construction repair work done to their property. My home suffered a flood from a plumbing leak and R&M Construction took care of everything from drying out my home to the actual repair work and my house looks better than before.

Randy McCann, the owner of the company, was great along with all of his employees that worked on my property. Everyone was very courteous and hard working.
